The cyberpunk metropolis is no longer safe, littered with crude thugs looking to make a quick buck. It all turned for the worst after Cerberus, an ex-hero and protector of the people, was found with ill-gotten gains, expensive and rare at that. Her odd disappearance was enough evidence for the public to (wrongfully) admission her guilt, she found that her return would be too little too late as soon as a bounty was placed on her head.
